The old saying is true, when it rains it pours. Thanks to record breaking rain fall in our area, we had lots of damage caused to our basement. I needed a driveway for a RV that required extension of an existing cement pad, grading of undeveloped area, cement driveway "runners", a new driveway gate, modification of sprinkler system and drainage, and decorative rock. My rental property had a shower leak, floor joists were rotting and the floor boards were compromised as well. Omar came in, demo to the crawl space. He replace all rotted wood, reinforced the main beam, and put a new shower and bathroom floor. But the beauty of the work was exceptional.
