I would give them 10 stars if I could! Omar and his team saved us when we realized we were in way over our heads with our DIY kitchen renovation! I wish we had called them from the beginning! We had planned to hire someone else for our cabinet install, but the quote came in WAY over budget! We had demoed the kitchen and had deadlines for flooring and appliance installation and were anxious to get our house put back together. We were on the verge of trying to install our cabinets ourselves, but I knew we didn't have the time or experience to do it well. I called around for quotes and no one wanted to take on the job since they hadn't started it.

My husband and I contracted Omar and his team to remodel our home. We had the popcorn ceiling removed, re-texturized & painted, carpet removed and replaced with luxury vinyl with new baseboards, 1 full bathroom remodel, entire interior of the home painted including the fireplace to make it look more modern, replaced all door knobs, and updated the dining room light. We had met with several contractors and decided on Omar and his team because he took the time to show us photos of previous work, did not pressure us to do anything out of our budget, showed us details that were budget friendly such as our selection for door knobs or light switches (swear didnt even cross my mind, so cheap to replace but way nicer on the eyes) and was overall pleasant. Other contractors arrived late, did not bring examples or were overpriced for smaller jobs. I won't lie, I have never remodeled a home and honestly don't trust anyone but Omar was trustworthy. When the job was finished there were some minor touch ups needed, we sent him pictures and no joke he brought a HUGE crew with him the very next morning to fix it. I was at work, he sent pictures and kept me updated. He even did the work with his crew. Knowing that Omar stands by his work is huge to me and my family. We plan to update a few more things in our home as we get settled and we will continue to go to Omar. I recommend him to anyone who values communication and honesty. I hired Omar and his team for an extensive remodel and addition to my home last spring. I reached out to several contractors for bids and he was by far the most responsive and communicative; a trait he maintained throughout the project. All construction projects have their challenges and I can say without hesitation that I would have not wanted to navigate the ones I faced with anyone else. When there were issues beyond his control which is often the case with large projects, Omar always did his best to help resolve them and always took responsibility for addressing everything I brought to his attention. He stands by his work and his goal is to ensure that in the end the homeowner is happy. You hear horror stories about contractors disappearing mid project or surprising you with unexpected costs. Any time there were additional costs, Omar was mindful of the budget and tried his best to present different options, including foregoing his own profit. In an industry where professionalism and competence are often scarce, Omar is a breath of fresh air. It was not easy to remodel and add on to a very old home but I could not be more happy with the outcome!

I've had other contractors come in to quote for this job, and a few of them tell me "we're booked out, don't really need this job, but we'd be happy to work on it." I selected Noor construction because of Omar. He tells me "I will work with you to restore your home with the budget that you have." I got the impression he cared about what I thought, and it turned out to be true. He listens, provides his expertise opinion, and guides his team to do great work. With every large project, there will be times when expectation and execution are misaligned. I felt comfortable working with Omar through these and never had a doubt things would be resolved. Even those small details that are not so easy to execute, Omar will make it happen. I could tell his team respects him, and he treats them well, just as he treats his customers. He does not use "I have so many other projects" as leverage to not tend to your needs.

I never write reviews but in this case, I really wanted to give credit where it is due. Our kitchen was unfortunately ruined when our dishwasher failed on us, so we needed our whole kitchen redone and flooring replaced. After speaking with 5 different contractors for our project, we chose to go with Omar due to his professionalism and cheerful personality. Omar has such a can-do attitude, and was AMAZING to work with from beginning to end. He had great communication with us throughout the project, and exhibited excellent customer service. In fact, his whole team did an amazing job and had such attention to detail (especially Mohamad and Mustafa). Thanks to them, our kitchen and floors have been absolutely transformed! We are very glad that we found Noor construction, and can safely say that we have found our contractor for other future projects.

Honest, dependable and fair with attention to detail. There wasn't a day that his team didn't show up or anything that they said would be done that wasn't. Omar was EXCEPTIONAL and kept in constant contact while transforming my single family home into a two-unit ADU. There was a ton of work that had to be done so that everything was above board with the City, and Omar was very organized and patient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Noor Construction again. You wouldn't believe that this would be your experience during a construction process, but this guy and his company are the REAL DEAL! They deliver exactly as promised.

I highly recommend Noor Construction and Omar Alkhals for any job you are planning. Mine was a relatively small one (although with huge benefits to me). I had what is called a banjo shelf extension from my bathroom vanity over the toilet. It was originally installed so the shelf was too close to the top of the toilet tank so that the lid could not easily be removed and one could not see into the tank if repairs were needed. Also, the shelf extended out from the back wall too much so that the toilet seat would not stay up when lifted. I had not been able to get anyone to come see the job once it was explained until Omar. It involved the removal of the shelf being very careful with the hand painted tiles, resetting the edging tiles, repairing the sheetrock and painting the walls.

We had Omar perform 1) roof replacement and 2) new driveway construction on our new property. His communication is excellent, very responsive. He provides alternatives and explains the trade off of each alternative so that we can make well-informed decisions. He and his team pay great attention to detail, producing beautiful results which add great curb appeal to our property. We won't hesitate to ask for his service again in the future and recommend to our friends.

Omar has completed multiple projects for me in Roseville. He did a great job extending my driveway and reconstructing/improving my pantry. I couldn't be happier with his work, and I would definitely use him for future repairs or improvements. He is a very nice person and fantastic communicator. He keep me updated on every aspect of the project. He protected my floors and walls from any damage during the construction. He worked very well with my tenants who were in the property during one of the projects. I found him to be very honest and experienced. He was extremely generous with his time. Noor construction helped me enclose my patio for my cats. This job had to be done on short notice. Omar and his team communicated with me during every step of the way and worked through rain and shine to get the job done.

A couple of the things I look for when I get quotes from multiple businesses for a home project is how responsive they are and if they communicate openly. I booked Omar because I was so impressed on how communicative he was from getting a quote to finishing the project. He replaced my roof and gutters and he was very candid about how he knows he won't be the cheapest bid that I get but he can deliver great quality in his work. Omar and his crew were very easy to work with I would 100% hire them for more of my home projects. Omar made sure that I understood the process of the roof repair and I liked that he would check the work of his team at the end of each work day. He definitely went above and beyond and helped me work within my budget to get the roof that I wanted. I never felt that Omar was trying to upsell me in any way and had my best interests in mind. I am so appreciative of their help and highly recommend anyone needing a home project/remodel done to hire them asap!

Look no further for General contracting services. We had a serious torrential rain with tornado warnings which resulted in a leak on my master bedroom window that we believed came from the upper sill, so I figured this one was going to cost me. I found Noor Construction which had 5-star reviews on Yelp. The response was quick, and he showed up a couple days later. When Omar showed up at my house, he was very professional and friendly. Now my experience with anything with water damage in the past meant visual inspection of location, and the roof, workup of a guestimate, then a hefty bill to follow. Not Omar, he breaks out a temperature senser, and literally shows me where the water flowed from and to, so again I think cool, but still going to cost me. Then he breaks out a drone, casts to my TV and it's time for roof inspection. He sees my roof is in excellent shape, so things are looking up, then he sees I have a ventilation grate for the attic which he points out as the culprit. I can clearly see the slopping of the grate is inclined the wrong way, so the water flows in rather than out. Damn home builders. Omar says to me all you need to do is hire a handy man to flip the grate and re-cock. I am thinking, what? This guy just worked himself out of a job, which he easily could have rung up a hefty bill. I asked him what about you? Just write me a review about your experience and we can call it even.

He also generously comped us a lot of his free time to do additional requirements by the city without charging us the extra. For this, we are forever grateful. Omar was very knowledgeable and thorough doing the job. He did show up whenever he said he would and he and his team were very professional and courteous.
