Noor Construction, Inc. is a licensed general contractor operating in California under California State License Board number 1068485.

Requests for Estimates
Noor Construction, Inc. provides complimentary estimates with no obligation. Please note the following:
Estimates are not contracts: Any estimate, quote, price range, or figure provided verbally, by text, by email, or through this website is an approximation for planning purposes only and does not create a binding agreement.
Scope is defined in writing: Work begins only after both parties sign a written contract that defines scope, materials, schedule, and price.
Pricing is subject to change: Estimates may be revised based on site conditions, permitting requirements, material availability, engineering findings, or changes you request.
Permits and inspections: Projects requiring permits are subject to the timelines and requirements of the governing city, county, and state agencies, which are outside our control.
Text Messaging and SMS Terms
By voluntarily checking an optional SMS consent checkbox on our website form, or by otherwise providing documented express consent, you agree to receive text messages from Noor Construction, Inc. Providing a phone number alone does not constitute consent to receive SMS messages. Consent is not a condition of purchase or service.
Types of messages you may receive: Responses to your inquiry, appointment scheduling and reminders, estimate follow up, project status and crew arrival updates, material and permit updates, invoice and payment notices, and occasional promotional offers or seasonal service reminders.
Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your project and your interactions with us. During an active project you may receive several messages per week. Conversational and customer service messages are sent as needed.
Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply. Rates are set by your mobile carrier and are your responsibility.
How to opt out: You may cancel text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and you will receive no further text messages from us unless you opt back in. You may also opt out by calling us at 916-670-8262 or emailing [email protected].
How to opt back in: If you opt out and later want to resume messages, reply START to our number or contact us directly to request that messaging be reactivated.

Carrier limitations: Delivery of text messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Not all mobile devices or carriers support every message type.
Changes to your number: You agree to notify us if you cancel, change, or transfer the mobile number you provided so that we do not send messages to a person who has not consented to receive them.
Privacy of your mobile information: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors that support our messaging platform, such as customer service providers, is permitted only for the purpose of delivering the messages you requested. Email and Phone Communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you agree that we may contact you regarding your inquiry, your estimate, or your active project. We may also send occasional service updates or promotional emails. You may unsubscribe from promotional emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us directly. Transactional messages relating to an active project or contract will continue as needed to complete your work.
